GEMS-IT definition

GEMS-IT. “GEHC” “GE Healthcare” and "General Electric" are principal trade names of GE, and that the "General Electric" and "GE" names are the principal trademarks for products and services manufactured and/or sold by GEHC. Representative also acknowledges that GEHC has registered or might register, or uses or might use, several other trademarks with respect to products or services manufactured or sold by it. All of GEHC's marks and trade names are collectively referred to herein as the "Marks". Representative further acknowledges that it receives no license or other grant of any right to use any such Marks under this Agreement, and that no use of GEHC's Marks is permitted unless agreed to in writing in advance by GEHC. As a result, if Representative is permitted in writing to use GEHC's Marks (or any portion thereof), Representative agrees:

Examples of GEMS-IT in a sentence

  • These rights with respect to the Documentation will extend to GEMS-IT Subsidiaries and third party channels of distribution.

  • If required, on an emergency basis, Supplier agrees on a worldwide basis to make on-site service available at an additional charge to GEMS-IT.

  • CSI and GEMS-IT desire to supplement and amend the OEM Purchase and Supply Agreement as set forth herein.

  • In the event of any recall, product withdrawal or field correction of any OEM Product that is required by a governmental agency, by Supplier, or by GEMS-IT for safety or efficacy reasons, the parties agree that (a) they shall promptly notify each other and (b) they shall fully cooperate with each other concerning the necessity and nature of such action.

  • This Agreement enables GEMS-IT, GEMS-IT Affiliates and GEMS-IT Subcontractors to purchase OEM Products from Supplier under the terms of this Agreement or any subsequent Product Addendum.

  • GEMS-IT shall be the point of contact for purchasers of any OEM Product (whether directly or through its distributors).

  • Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, associated freight expenses and duties will be paid directly by GEMS-IT.

  • Upon request, Supplier will provide GEMS-IT with additional information on any item that appears in the quality assurance report and participate in phone calls with GEMS-IT regarding the same.
