GEDL or “Company” means Gigaplex Electricity Distribution Licensee Division of M/s. Gigaplex Estate Private Limited, is a Company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, having its registered office at Plot No. C-30, Block ‘G’, Opp. SIDBI, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (E), Mumbai – 400 051, Maharashtra, India.
GEDL and “Loan” each mean the Department’s Gaming Economic Development Loan to the Borrower under this Agreement.
