GEC Permit definition

GEC Permit means a Grading and Erosion Control Permit which a construction owner or operator must obtain from the City prior to discharging stormwater from a construction site, when applicable.

Examples of GEC Permit in a sentence

  • Issue Stop Work Orders, as directed by the City, in those cases where GEC Permittees have not complied with the erosion and sediment control regulations and/or with the conditions attached to the GEC Permit.

  • Issue GEC Permit upon receipt of a positive recommendation from the County.

  • Issue GEC Permit upon receipt of a positive recommendation from the District.

  • Issue stop work orders, as directed by the City, in those cases where GEC Permittees have not complied with the erosion and sediment control regulations and/or with the conditions attached to the GEC Permit.
