Likewise, property belonging to Gearbulk Group is for its account and risk at all locations and Gearbulk shall indemnify and hold harmless the Contractor Group for any claims for loss howsoever resulting from any damage or loss of Gearbulk Group unless if caused by any deficiency of the Good and/or Services provided under the Agreement.

The Contractor shall not set off except with the written consent of Gearbulk.
Prior to instructing or authorising any variation, Gearbulk may reasonably require the Contractor to submit such detailed estimates relating to the proposed variation in Goods and/or Services.
