GE Plan definition

GE Plan means the GE Savings and Security Program, as maintained by General Electric Company on December 31, 1989.

  • All U.S. Employees shall be credited for service with the Company, GE, their respective Affiliates and their respective predecessors on and prior to the Trigger Date under all Genworth Plans and practices in which they become participants for all purposes, but excluding benefits accrual under any defined benefit plan, to the extent such service was credited under the corresponding GE Plan and practices.

  • In the event that any such severance or similar payment is triggered under a GE Plan, Genworth shall reimburse GE promptly for any payments of such foregoing amounts upon the receipt of billing(s) for such amounts.

  • The Executive may elect to have the Special Pension Benefit be paid in a form other than the form of the Normal Benefit, but only if (A) such alternative form is permitted under the GE Plan and (B) such election to change the form of payment satisfies the requirements for subsequent elections to change the form of payment under Section 409A.

  • In the event that any severance or similar payment is triggered to an International Employee under a GE Plan due to the Company’s failure to satisfy its obligations under this Employee Matters Agreement or applicable Law, then the Company shall reimburse GE promptly for any payments of such foregoing amounts upon the receipt of billing(s) for such amounts.

  • The Board, or a committee thereof, shall have the sole and absolute discretionary duty and authority to interpret the provisions of Section 7(b) and the GE Plan as it pertains to Section 7(b) and determine the amount and manner of payments of the Special Pension Benefit due to the Executive.

  • In the event of any such election, the Annual Amount shall be adjusted in accordance with the terms of the GE Plan.

  • In no event shall the Special Pension Benefit be reduced by any amounts otherwise payable to the Executive under the GE Plan.

  • In the event of any such election, the Annual Amount shall be adjusted to reflect the applicable form of payment in accordance with the terms of the GE Plan.

  • In no event shall the special pension benefits payable hereunder be reduced by any amounts otherwise payable to the Executive under the GE Plan.

Related to GE Plan

  • EHC plan means an Education, Health and Care plan made under sections 37(2) of the Children and Families Act 2014.

  • BCDR Plan means the plan consisting of general business continuity and disaster recovery principles, the Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan as further described in paragraph 1.2 of Schedule 2- 14.

  • Flexi Plan means any individual indemnity hospital insurance plan under the VHIS framework with enhancement(s) to any or all of the protections or terms and benefits that the Standard Plan provides to the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, subject to certification by the Government. Such plan shall not contain terms and benefits which are less favourable than those in the Standard Plan, save for the exception as may be approved by the Government from time to time.

  • Separation Plan means the Company’s Separation Plan Amended and Restated Effective August 13, 2006, as may be amended from time to time or any successor plan, program, arrangement or agreement thereto.

  • RBC plan means a comprehensive financial plan containing the elements specified in K.S.A. 40-2c06, and amendments thereto. If the commissioner rejects the RBC plan, and it is revised by the insurer, with or without the commissioner's recommendation, the plan shall be called the "revised RBC plan."
