GDSC has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement. "GDSC AFFILIATE" has the meaning set forth in SECTION 8.7(a). "GDSC ARTICLES" means the Articles of Incorporation of GDSC, as amended. "GDSC BENEFIT PLANS" has the meaning set forth in SECTION 4.13(a). "GDSC BOARD" means the Board of Directors of GDSC. "GDSC BYLAWS" means the Bylaws of GDSC, as amended. "GDSC COMMON STOCK" shall mean the no par value common stock of GDSC. "GDSC COMPUTER SYSTEM" has the meaning set forth in SECTION 4.15. "GDSC CREDIT FACILITY" means that certain credit facility provided under that certain Credit Agreement dated as of September 30, 1998, by and among GDSC and the Guarantors and Lenders named therein.   • GDSC is a corporation, duly organized, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of the State of Washington and has all requisite corporate power and authority to own and operate its properties and to carry on its business as now conducted.

  • All issued and outstanding shares of GDSC capital stock are validly issued, fully paid and nonassessable, and have been issued without violation of any preemptive rights.

  • GDS means Global Distribution System (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre and Worldspan). "IAMAW" means the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers.

All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • hostel means a place of residence for the students of the University, or its colleges, institutions and study centers, established or recognized to be as such by the University;

  • CRM means the DDA Case Resource Manager.

  • VoIP means voice over Internet protocol.

  • Support staff means those staff holding an aircraft maintenance licence under Annex III (Part-66) in category B1, B2 and/or B3 with the appropriate aircraft ratings, working in a base maintenance environment while not necessarily holding certification privileges.

  • Support staff member means an employee who holds a position for which no certificate issued by the New Jersey State Board of Examiners is required.

  • Cisco “we” “our” or “us” means Cisco Systems, Inc. or its applicable Affiliate(s).

  • HP means horsepower.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • DSC means Digital Signature Certificate

  • AMP means ABRY Mezzanine Partners, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership.

  • SIM Card means the subscriber identity module (a card containing identifying information) which enables a Handset to access the Network.

  • Host means any plant or animal on or in which another lives for nourishment, development, or protection.

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.

  • Microsoft means Microsoft Corporation.

  • VPN means a virtual private network.
