GDP or “Gross Domestic Product” for the purposes of this LOA means the expenditure side value of all goods and services produced in British Columbia for a given year as stated in the BC Economic Accounts;
GDPR means EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679;
PCU means the Project coordinating unit referred to in Section 3.04 of this Agreement;
Bulk Product means Licensed Product supplied in a form other than Finished Product which can be converted into Finished Product.
PPI has the meaning specified in Section 4.2(a);
API means the American Petroleum Institute.
MFDA means the Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada;
Licensed producer means a person or entity licensed to produce medical cannabis.
Manufacturing operation means a process in which materials are changed, converted, or transformed into a different state or form from which they previously existed and includes refining materials, assembling parts, and preparing raw materials and parts by mixing, measuring, blending, or otherwise committing such materials or parts to the manufacturing process. "Manufacturing operation" does not include packaging.
Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.
Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.
Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and
Drug sample means a unit of a prescription drug that is not intended to be sold and is intended to promote the sale of the drug.
Drug Product means a specific drug in dosage form from a known source of manufacture, whether

Drug Substance means an active ingredient that is intended to furnish pharmacological activity or other direct effect in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease or to affect the structure or any function of the human body, but does not include intermediates used in the synthesis of such ingredient.
municipal spatial development framework means a municipal spatial development framework adopted by the Municipality in terms of Chapter 5 of the Municipal Systems Act;
Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.
Milk product or "dairy product" means cottage cheese, dry curd cottage cheese, reduced fat cottage cheese, lowfat cottage cheese, cream, light cream, light whipping cream, heavy cream, heavy whipping cream, whipped cream, whipped light cream, sour cream, acidified sour cream, cultured sour cream, half-and-half, sour half-and-half, acidified sour half-and-half, cultured sour half-and-half, reconstituted or recombined milk and milk products, concentrated milk, concentrated milk products, skim milk, lowfat milk, frozen milk concentrate, flavored milk, eggnog, buttermilk, cultured milk, cultured lowfat milk, cultured skim milk, yogurt, lowfat yogurt, nonfat yogurt, acidified milk, acidified lowfat milk, acidified skim milk, low-sodium milk, low-sodium lowfat milk, low-sodium skim milk, lactose-reduced milk, lactose-reduced lowfat milk, lactose-reduced skim milk, aseptically processed and packaged milk, milk products with added safe and suitable microbial organisms, and any other milk product made by the addition or subtraction of milkfat or addition of safe and suitable optional ingredients for protein, vitamin, or mineral fortification. Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter. DSM means the most current edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders published by the American Psychiatric Association.
BLS means Basic Life Support.
Forecast GDP means the average forecast for British Columbia’s real GDP growth made by the Economic Forecast Council and as reported in the annual February budget of the government;
OMP means Occupational Medical Practitioner
Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,
Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.
Bioassay means the determination of kinds, quantities or concentrations and, in some cases, the locations of radioactive material in the human body, whether by direct measurement, in vivo counting, or by analysis and evaluation of materials excreted or removed from the human body. For purposes of these rules, “radiobioassay” is an equivalent term.
