  • The Service Provider undertakes to provide medical services and other related services to the Client and the Client’s other beneficiaries (e.g. child, family member) in compliance with applicable statutory provisions, technical protocols, and the Contract and annexes signed by the Parties, as well as the terms of this GCTC.

  • In any case where GCTC, within thirty (30) days of the date on which the dispute is resolved in Verizon's favor, submits a valid ASR for a "lit" service to replace the subject Dark Fiber Transport facility, Verizon shall continue to provide the Dark Fiber Transport facility at the rates specified above, but only for the duration of the standard interval for installation of the "lit" service.

  • To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Verizon shall charge (and GCTC shall pay) Verizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and Verizon’s applicable Tariffs.

  • GCTC and Instructor agree that Instructor may, during the course of the 2003-04 school year be employed as a short term instructor and assigned, during the course of the school year, to more than one short term program.

  • Distributor means a person who distributes.

  • DSS means the Department of Social Services.

  • Vendors means the proposer(s) responding to this RFP and vendor(s) to whom a contract has been awarded as a result of this RFP by SMSD. A responsible vendor is a vendor who has adequate financial resources (or the ability to obtain such resources), can comply with the delivery requirements, and is a qualified and established firm regularly engaged in the type of business that provides the product(s) /service(s) listed herein.
