GCo Technology means all Technology used or proposed to be used in, or necessary to, the businesses of GCo and its subsidiaries as currently conducted or as currently contemplated by GCo and its subsidiaries, whether owned or controlled, licensed or otherwise held by or for the benefit of GCo or its subsidiaries;
