Records demonstrating the validity and suitability of such equipment and assays used to carry out the Activities in any Tempus Facility must be retained in accordance with the applicable Procedures and Applicable Law to the extent required in order to satisfy Tempus’s obligations to comply with GCP and GCLP (to the extent applicable) in the manner indicated under this Agreement.

Each Party shall, and shall ensure that its Affiliates and their Sublicensees will, document all non-clinical studies and Clinical Trials in formal written study records in accordance with all Applicable Laws, including applicable national and international guidelines such as ICH, GCLP, GCP and GLP.
GCLP and Worldsource are affiliates, as both firms are wholly-owned by Guardian Capital Group Limited (“GCGL”).
