GCGC definition

GCGC means the German Corporate Governance Code issued by the “Government Commission German Corporate Governance Code”.
GCGC has the meaning set out in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • As at the date of this announcement, GCGC is the controlling shareholder of the Company as it, directly or indirectly, holds approximately 74.12% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
