Examples of GCEN in a sentence

  • If the Investor chooses to withdraw funds from their GCEN Balance, this will be subject to the GCEN Fee.

  • Such Confirmation Email will include details of applicable exchange rates (in case of FOREX Services) and will form part of the legal contract between you and GCEN in respect of the relevant Transaction.

  • GCEN does not impose any charge or reduction on the Client for using a particular form of payment instrument.

  • GCEN will give the Client written notice of not less than seven (7) days before introducing any such modifications, unless agreed otherwise between the parties.

  • GCEN shall notify the Client of the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event as soon as is reasonably practicable following the occurrence of such Force Majeure Event.
