If the Investor chooses to withdraw funds from their GCEN Balance, this will be subject to the GCEN Fee.

GCEN will give the Client written notice of not less than seven (7) days before introducing any such modifications, unless agreed otherwise between the parties.
GCEN shall notify the Client of the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event as soon as is reasonably practicable following the occurrence of such Force Majeure Event.
