GCCC means these General Conditions of Call-Off Contract. “Government” means the government of The Republic of Ghana. “Joint Venture (JV)” means an association with or without a legal personality distinct from that of its members, of more than one entity where one member has the authority to conduct all businesses for and on behalf of any and all the members of the JV, and where the members of the JV are jointly and severally liable to the Employer for the performance of the Call-Off Contract. “Key Staff” means an individual professional whose skills, qualifications, knowledge and experience are critical to the performance of the Services under the Call-Off Contract and whose Curricula Vitae (CV) was taken into account in the technical evaluation of the Consultant’s proposal. “Local Currency” means the currency of The Republic of Ghana. “Non-Key Staff” means an individual professional provided by the Consultant or its Sub-consultant to perform the Services or any part thereof under the Call-Off Contract. “Party” means the Employer or the Consultant, as the case may be, and “Parties” means both of them. “SCCC” means the Special Conditions of Call-Off Contract by which the GCCC may be amended or supplemented but not over-written. “Services” means the work to be performed by the Consultant pursuant to the Call-Off Contract, as described in Appendix A hereto. “Staff” means, collectively, Key Staff, Non-Key staff, or any other staff of the Consultant, Sub-consultant or JV member(s) assigned by the Consultant to perform the Services or any part thereof under the Call-Off Contract. “Sub-consultants” means an entity to whom/which the Consultant subcontracts any part of the Services while remaining solely liable for the execution of the Call-Off Contract. “Third Party” means any person or entity other than the Government of Ghana, the Employer, the Consultant or a Sub-consultant. Relationship between the Parties Nothing contained herein shall be construed as establishing a relationship of master and servant or of principal and agent as between the Employer and the Consultant. The Consultant, subject to the Call-Off Contract, has complete charge of the Staff and sub-Consultants, if any, performing the Services and shall be fully responsible for the Services performed by them or on their behalf hereunder. Examples of GCCC in a sentence

  • Professional Employees will announce to all students that survey administration is taking place and is available through Canvas or through their GCCC email using the unique link sent to them.

  • If you have a question or a service need, take your MLD to the GCCC Main Office or Repair Center.

  • GCCC technicians will service repairs and replacements for defective parts and acts of accidental damage.

  • GCCC will repair all MLDs. There are no reimbursements or payments made for repairs completed by individuals, or for repairs completed by any other organization, unless approved by the GCCC technology staff.
