GCB Financial Statements means (i) the audited consolidated balance sheets (including related notes and schedules, if any) of GCB and subsidiaries as of December 31, 2006 and 2005 and the consolidated statements of income, comprehensive income, changes in shareholders’ equity and cash flows (including related notes and schedules, if any) of GCB and subsidiaries for each of the three years ended December 31, 2006, 2005 and 2004, as set forth in GCB’s annual report for the year ended December 31, 2006, and (ii) the unaudited interim consolidated financial statements of GCB and subsidiaries as of the end of each calendar quarter following December 31, 2006 and for the periods then ended, as filed by GCB in its Securities Documents.
