GC Services definition

GC Services means all customer support services, including repair and maintenance, provided by Seller solely in connection with the operation of the Business.

  • The Parties agree that SGX BT may act, effect and facilitate the settlement of B2B Transactions in its capacity as General Counterparty in accordance with and subject to the terms of this Schedule and the Agreement ("GC Services").

The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.
