GBSA definition

GBSA has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.21.
GBSA means the German Act on the Ring-fencing of Risks and for the Recovery and Resolution Planning for Credit Institutions and Financial Groups (Gesetz zur Abschirmung von Risiken und zur Planung der Sanierung und Abwicklung von Kreditinstituten und Finanzgruppen) of 7 August 2013 (commonly referred to as the German Bank Separation Act) (Trennbankengesetz), as amended.
GBSA has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.20.

Examples of GBSA in a sentence

  • To the extent any Swingline Exposure or LC Exposure exists at the time a GBSA Lender’s Loans are repaid in full and such GBSA Lender’s Commitment is cancelled pursuant to this Section 9.23, such Swingline Exposure or LC Exposure shall be reallocated as set forth in Section 2.19, treating for this purpose such GBSA Lender as a Defaulting Lender.
