GBA Cargo definition
GBA Cargo means the Cargo Department of Greater Bay Airlines ("GBA"), a corporation existing under the laws of Hong Kong. For the purposes of the exemption from and limitation of liability provided for or referred to in these conditions or in any other provision, the term GBA Cargo includes GBA’s employees or representatives, or Agents or sub-contractors of GBA Cargo and GBA, unless the context otherwise requires.
