GB Parties definition

GB Parties means (i) Greate Bay or GB Holdings; (ii) so long as GB Holdings is a debtor in a bankruptcy case pending before the Bankruptcy Court, the GB Holdings bankruptcy estate and its official committee of general unsecured creditors in its bankruptcy case; (iii) the equityholders of GB Holdings; (iv) the creditors of GB Holdings; and (v) any other person or entity which is granted standing by the Bankruptcy Court to prosecute any of the GB Claims including, but not limited to, a liquidation or litigation trust created pursuant to a plan of reorganization in GB Holdings chapter 11 proceedings confirmed by the Bankruptcy Court which acquires the right to prosecute such GB Claims.
GB Parties means GB, the owners of the Presenting Sites, the Third Party Services and the Ad Platform Licensor, as well as their respective Affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives.

  • Local Parties shall be defined as the Board or the local OSSTF/FEESO bargaining unit party to a collective agreement.

  • Transaction Parties As defined in Section 5.3(o).

  • Selling Parties shall have the meaning specified in the preamble.

  • Parent Parties has the meaning set forth in ARTICLE V.

  • Company Parties means the collective reference to Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries, including the Borrower, and “Company Party” means any one of them.

  • Note Parties means, collectively, the Company and each Guarantor.

  • Partnership Parties has the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble.

  • Contractor Parties means a Contractor’s members, directors, officers, shareholders, partners, managers, principal officers, representatives, agents, servants, consultants, employees or any one of them or any other person or entity with whom the Contractor is in privity of oral or written contract (e.g. subcontractor) and the Contractor intends for such other person or entity to perform under the Contract in any capacity. For the purpose of this Contract, vendors of support services, not otherwise known as human service providers or educators, shall not be considered subcontractors, e.g. lawn care, unless such activity is considered part of a training, vocational or educational program.

  • Parent Indemnified Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a).

  • Financing Parties means Parties financing the Project, pursuant to Financing Documents.

  • Warrantors means the Founders, the Founder Holdcos and the Group Companies.

  • Released Parties means Defendant and its present and former subsidiaries, parents, affiliates, divisions, officers, directors, members, managers, shareholders, insurers, suppliers, manufacturers, re-sellers, distributors, brokers, service providers, employees, agents, legal representatives, heirs, predecessors, successors, or assigns.

  • Notice Parties means those Persons who are required to receive notice of filings made with the CPUC pursuant to A. 00-00-000.

  • Company Entities means the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Applicable Parties has the meaning assigned to it in Section 8.03(c).

  • Licensee Parties has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.1.
