GB Agreement definition
GB Agreement means an agreement among Parent, Merger Sub, J▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇, K▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, H▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, M▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and G▇▇▇▇ & B▇▇▇▇, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit F.
