Navigator means an individual or entity that is registered pursuant to § 38.2-3457.
Channel means a natural or artificial watercourse with a definite bed and banks that conducts flowing water continuously or periodically.
PRN means those medications and treatments that have been ordered by a qualified practitioner to be administered as needed.
Preschooler means a child age two through four years old.

Preschool means a program licensed to offer early childhood services, which follows a preschool curriculum and course of study designed primarily to enhance the educational development of the children enrolled and which serves no child for more than three hours per day.
GATS means the General Agreement on Trade in Services, contained in Annex 1B to the WTO Agreement;
Commander , in relation to an aircraft, means the member of the flight crew designated as commander of the aircraft by the operator thereof, or, failing such a person, the person who is for the time being the pilot in command of the aircraft;
Educator means a person licensed and certified by the State under 14 Del.C. Ch. 12 to engage in the practice of instruction, administration or other related professional support services in Delaware public schools, including charter schools, pursuant to rules and regulations promulgated by the Professional Standards Board and approved by the State Board of Education. The term 'educator' does not include substitute teachers.
OAR means the Oregon Administrative Rules;
Broadcaster means a person or a group of persons, or body corporate, or any organization or body who, after having obtained, in its name, downlinking permission for its channels, from the Central Government, is providing programming services;
HP means horsepower.
Advertiser means the person or organisation whose product or service is being advertised, or whose name or image is mentioned or promoted in an advertisement;
Watcher means a voting poll watcher, a counting poll watcher, an inspecting
Nematode means invertebrate animals of the phylum nemathelminthes, and class nematoda, i.e., unsegmented round worms with elongated, fusiform, or saclike bodies covered with cuticle, and inhabiting soil, water, plants, or plant parts, may also be called nemas or eelworms.
Foreman means a skilled person employed to supervise personnel who work in the
Joule (J) shall mean the work done when the point of application of a force of one (1) newton is displaced a distance of one (1) metre in the direction of the force. The term "megajoule" (MJ) shall mean 1,000,000 joules. The term “gigajoule” (GJ) shall mean 1,000,000,000 joules;
Pilot or "Payment in Lieu of Tax" shall mean any payment made to the Agency or an affected tax jurisdiction equal to all or a portion of the real property taxes or other taxes which would have been levied by or on behalf of an affected tax jurisdiction with respect to a project but for tax exemption obtained by reason of the involvement of the Agency in such project, but such term shall not include Agency fees.
SMS means Short Message Service.
Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.
Sproule means Sproule Associates Limited;
Lamp means a device designed to illuminate the road or to emit a light signal to other road users. Rear registration plate lamp and retro-reflectors are likewise to be regarded as lamps;
MSO means a cable operator who has been granted registration under rule 11 of the Cable Television Networks Rules, 1994 and who receives a programming service from a broadcaster and re-transmits the same or transmits his own programming service for simultaneous reception either by multiple subscribers directly or through one or more local cable operators;
MCP means a Material Change Proposal for the Station issued on [ ];
RN means Registered Nurse.
