Gathering Rate definition

Gathering Rate means the particular rate for gathering services listed under the column “Gathering Rate” in the applicable Fee Schedule attached hereto as Attachment A.
Gathering Rate has the meaning given such term on Exhibit E.
Gathering Rate is defined in APPENDIX “A”.

Examples of Gathering Rate in a sentence

  • The Gathering Rate applies to Gathering Service on both the dry or wet portions of the Gathering System.

  • Payment for volumes received from Uncommitted Gathering Shippers shall be equal to the Uncommitted Volumes received multiplied by the applicable Uncommitted Gathering Rate for Uncommitted Gathering Shippers.180.

Gathering Rate. LOW BTU GAS: For Contract Years One (1) through Four (4): $0.275 Per Receipt Point Mcf. For Contract Years Five (5) through Fifteen (15) and any Years thereafter: Either Gatherer or Shipper, with sixty (60) Days advanced written notice to the other Party, has the right to request an annual rate renegotiation to be based on then current market conditions, operating conditions and operational cost conditions. In the absence of a renegotiation request, or if the Parties are unable to agree on a revised Gathering Rate, the prior Contract Year’s Gathering Rate shall remain in effect, subject to the Rate Escalation language below.
Gathering Rate means (i) until the date on which the aggregate amount of the Monthly Payments that Shippers have paid to Gatherer under Article 9, Section 1 of this Agreement equals or exceeds the Aggregate Dollar Commitment, $0.2575 per MMBtu and (ii) thereafter, $0.05 per MMBtu.

Related to Gathering Rate

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Gathering lines means any pipeline, equipment, facility, or building used in the transportation of oil or gas during oil or gas production or gathering operations.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Receipt Point(s means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • Gathering means any assembly, concourse or procession in or on—

  • Exit Point means a border control post or any other place designated by a Member State where animals, falling within the scope of Regulation (EC) No 1/2005, leave the customs territory of the Union;

  • Drip line means an area encircling the base of a tree, the minimum extent of which is delineated by a vertical line extending from the outer limit of a tree's branch tips down to the ground.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Gas means any mixture of hydrocarbons and noncombustible gases in a gaseous state consisting primarily of methane.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Gas well means a well producing gas or natural gas from a common source of gas supply as determined by the commission.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Pipeline System means each system of Pipeline Assets, Real Property and Easements relating thereto making up an integrated gathering system and gathering system, or other pipeline system.

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.

  • Oil means petroleum in any form including crude oil, fuel oil, sludge, oil refuse and refined products (other than petrochemicals which are subject to the provisions of Annex II of the present Convention) and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, includes the substances listed in Appendix I to this Annex.

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • Spent fuel means any fuel element or fuel component, solid or liquid, which has been used or exposed to radiation in a nuclear reactor;

  • Condensate means hydrocarbon liquid separated from natural gas which condenses due to changes in the temperature or pressure and remains liquid at standard conditions.

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Production Area means that part of the animal feeding operation that includes the animal confinement area, the manure storage area, the raw materials storage area, and the waste containment areas. The animal confinement area includes, but is not limited to, open lots, housed lots, feedlots, confinement houses, stall barns, free stall barns, milkrooms, milking centers, egg washing or egg processing areas, areas used for the storage and disposal/treatment of mortalities, cowyards, barnyards, medication pens, walkers, animal walkways, and stables. The manure storage area includes, but is not limited to, lagoons, runoff ponds, storage sheds, stockpiles, under-house or pit storages, liquid impoundments, static piles, and composting piles. The raw materials storage area includes, but is not limited to, feed silos, and silage bunkers. The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.

  • Blending means either the mixing of originally segregated Binned Grades within a Facility or during the outturn process.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Metering Point means, for meters that do not use instrument transformers, the point at which the billing meter is connected. For meters that use instrument transformers, the point at which the instrument transformers are connected.
