Gathering Area definition

Gathering Area means provincial Crown land within the area described as the “Gathering Area” in Appendix I, Part 3, including Provincial Protected Areas other than the Xxxx Xxxxx Oak Ecological Reserve;
Gathering Area means the areas to be set out in Appendix F to the Final Agreement.
Gathering Area means an area to be defined in the Final Agreement;

  • Ditidaht / Pacheedaht has the right to gather Plants on provincial Crown land for Domestic Purposes in the Ditidaht / Pacheedaht Plant Gathering Area, throughout the year, in accordance with the Treaty.

  • Exceptions to this are 1- the use of the microwave oven provided in each Residence Hall, 2- the use of a Microwave only in the Xxxxxxx Xxxx Gathering Area and 3- the kitchen equipment available for resident use.


More Definitions of Gathering Area

Gathering Area means the blocks and/or meters listed on Exhibit A, including the lands or leases pooled or unitized therewith, connected to the Gathering System, which may be amended from time to time by mutual written agreement of the Parties.
Gathering Area means the areas to be set out in Appendix F to the Agreement, but does not include lands that are administered or occupied by the Minister of National Defence or areas temporarily being used for military training from the time that notice has been given to Kitselas until the temporary use is completed.

Related to Gathering Area

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Gathering lines means any pipeline, equipment, facility, or building used in the transportation of oil or gas during oil or gas production or gathering operations.

  • Operating Area means those areas on-shore in India in which company or its affiliated company may from time to time be entitled to execute such services/operations.

  • mining area means all those pieces of land containing two hundred and forty‑six (246) square miles or thereabouts situate in what is known to the parties as the “Xxx Xxxxx‑Siberia Nickel Laterite Area” the subject of the mineral claims applications for mineral claims and Temporary Reserves listed in the First Schedule hereto which are generally delineated and respectively coloured green and orange and red in the plan marked “X” signed by or on behalf of the parties for the purpose of identification;

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Pipelines means those pipelines within the Storage Facility that connect the Tanks to one another and to the receiving and delivery flanges of the Storage Facility.

  • mining areas means the areas delineated and coloured red on the Plan marked “A” initialled by or on behalf of the parties hereto for the purposes of identification;

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.

  • Living area means the interior habitable area of a dwelling unit, including basements and attics, but does not include a garage or any accessory structure.

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Landfill Gas means any gas derived through any biological process from the decomposition of waste buried within a waste disposal site.

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.

  • Built-Up Area and/or “Covered Area” in relation to a Flat shall mean the floor area of that Flat including the area of balconies and terraces, if any attached thereto, and also the thickness of the walls (external or internal) and the columns and pillars therein Provided That if any wall, column or pillar be common between two Flats, then one-half of the area under such wall column or pillar shall be included in the built-up area of each such Flat.

  • Surface water means all water which is open to the atmosphere and subject to surface runoff.

  • Pressurized gas duster means a pressurized product labeled to remove dust from a surface solely by means of mass air or gas flow, including surfaces such as photographs, photographic film negatives, computer keyboards, and other types of surfaces that cannot be cleaned with solvents. “Pressurized Gas Duster” does not include “Dusting Aid.”
