Gathering Agreements definition

Gathering Agreements means each contract pertaining to the provision of gathering and compression services by any Subsidiary Loan Party or the Borrower (including any such contracts entered into after the Closing Date) as to which the breach, nonperformance, cancellation or failure to renew by any party thereto could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, each as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified as permitted hereunder.

Gathering Agreements means, collectively, the CHK Agreement and the Total Agreement, and “Gathering Agreement” means either of them.
