Gatehouse means and refer to the security Gatehouse, including the entryway thereto, located on Estates Boulevard as shown on the recorded subdivision plat of the Property.

• It is understood by both parties that these uniform items are acceptable for all Park Aides to wear during their assignments, including working in the Gatehouse.

• Gatehouse Home Inspections LLC is not liable for any defects or deficiencies which cannot be discovered during the limited visual inspection.
