Gate Property definition

Gate Property means all facilities, equipment, fixtures, appurtenances and personality (including, without limitation, bag rooms, ticket counters and other exclusive use space) owned or used by any Seller and used exclusively or primarily in connection with the Gates.

Gate Property means all facilities, equipment, furnishings, fixtures (including permanent improvements to any property comprising Gate Property), leasehold improvements, appurtenances and personalty (including, without limitation, ticket counters, ticket kiosks and other ticketing dispensers or devices) owned by any Seller and used exclusively or primarily in connection with the Midway Gates, or any Station Lease, but does not include Ground Support Equipment.
