Gasifier Feed definition

Gasifier Feed means the number of: short tons (each of 2,000 pounds) of moisture-free carbonaceous solids; barrels (equivalent) (each of 64 million BTU or higher heating value) of gaseous carbonaceous substances, and barrels (each of 42 gallons of 231 cubic inches measured at 60°F) of liquid carbonaceous substances, as appropriate, including byproduct streams, charged to the Gasification operations, measured and determined in accordance with methods, procedures and correction factors mutually acceptable to TEXACO DEVELOPMENT and LICENSEE.
