Gas Transaction definition

Gas Transaction means a purchase or sale of Gas between MMC and Energy Manager.
Gas Transaction means a Physical Gas Transaction. a Cash Settled Gas Transaction or an MSV Transaction.
Gas Transaction shall have the meaning set forth in the ISDA Master Agreements.

Gas Transaction means a particular Transaction with respect to which the Product is a Gas Product.
Gas Transaction means any transaction agreed to by CSE and Counterparty involving Gas (as such term is defined in the NAESB Base Contract for Sale and Purchase of Natural Gas, NAESB Standard 6.3.1, dated April 19, 2002 (as amended from time to time, the “NAESB Contract”)), including any transaction for Gas between CSE and Counterparty set forth in the EEI Gas Annex to any related EEI Master Agreement; any agreement or contract to provide credit support, margin, collateral or other security in respect of any of the foregoing; any transaction similar to any of the foregoing.
Gas Transaction means a DWGM Transaction, or an STTM Transaction.

  • M&A Transaction means (i) the consolidation of the Company with, or a merger with or into, any third party, following which the Company’s stockholders immediately prior to such transaction, will own less than 50.1% of the surviving entity or the Company, as applicable, immediately following such transaction, or (ii) an acquisition or other transfer of all or substantially all of the Company’s securities or assets.

  • Retail transaction means the purchase of prepaid wireless telecommunications service from a seller for any purpose other than resale.

  • Public-finance transaction means a secured transaction in connection with which:
