Gas safety: The Landlord must ensure that there is an annual Gas safety check on all pipework and appliances carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
Immediately notify the Landlord or the Landlord’s Agent if any gas appliance is brought into the Property by the Tenant and ensure that it is properly connected to the appropriate pipework by a suitably qualified Gas Safe registered engineer and is safe to use.
