Gas Procurement definition

Gas Procurement. Conoco will contract for the purchase, transportation and delivery of all of the natural gas supply requirements for DuPont's facilities listed on Exhibit A ("Plants"), including the negotiation, execution and management of such contracts. The intent will be to minimize DuPont's gas costs commensurate with the degree of supply security agreed between the parties. Any contract in excess of a one-year term will require DuPont's concurrence.
