• IL will distribute the Products through the same distribution channels that it uses for other IL Blood Gas Point of Care products.

• Gatherer shall be responsible for installing necessary measurement devices to measure and for measuring all Fuel Gas delivered to Shipper at any Fuel Gas Point established hereunder.
