Gas Point definition

Gas Point means a metered point at which Natural Gas may be offtaken from a Distribution System or Transmission System for the purposes of supply direct to a particular Final Customer;
Gas Point means a metered point at which gas may be offtaken from the Distribution System for the purpose of supply directly to an End User.
Gas Point means the point at which gas is offtaken from the distribution system for the purpose of supply direct to a particular final customer's premises;

  • Oil means petroleum in any form including crude oil, fuel oil, sludge, oil refuse and refined products (other than petrochemicals which are subject to the provisions of Annex II of the present Convention) and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, includes the substances listed in Appendix I to this Annex.
