Gas Nomination definition

Gas Nomination or "Gas Nominations" means communicating and confirming that a particular amount of Gas is to be delivered or received at the Gas Delivery Point and/or the Alternate Gas Delivery Point(s) and providing all information that may be necessary to cause such delivery or receipt to occur.

  • Sellers shall be entitled to reduce (including down to zero (0)) its Gas Nomination and Scheduling under Clause 5 for each Day of Planned Maintenance.

  • Prior to the commencement of a Discharge Period a notification of Readiness to Discharge Gas (as defined in the Gas Nominations Procedures) in accordance with the Gas Nomination Procedures shall be delivered and a Discharge Period shall start no later than six (6) hours after the above notification, unless such time is extended by reasons attributable to the Charterer, the Neptune Port Director, governmental or regulatory authorities or Force Majeure (as defined in the Gas Nominations Procedures).

  • The Gas Nomination on a day where User has issued a Renomination Notice shall be adjusted, taking into account the Amended ▇▇▇▇▇ Rate and the Response Time.

  • The Parties will work together in good faith to develop, and will agree upon in writing, the process and procedures that the Parties will follow in connection with the nomination and scheduling of Producer’s Residue Gas, including, without limitation, the deadlines for submitting nominations and changes thereto and procedures for minimizing imbalances (such procedures, the “Residue Gas Nomination Procedures”).

  • Buyer shall be entitled to reduce (including down to zero (0)) its Gas Nomination and Scheduling under Clause 5 for each Day of Planned Maintenance.

  • Currently, Seller's gas transporter is TransCanada PipeLines Limited; a Gas Day commences each day at 8 A.M. Eastern Standard Time and ends at 8 A.M. the following day; and the Gas Nomination Deadline is 11 A.M. Mountain Time of the day prior to the day on which a Gas Day commences.

  • Relevant Nominating Body means, in respect of a benchmark or screen rate (as applicable):

  • Investor Nominee means a person designated for election to the Board of Directors by the Investor pursuant to the Investment Agreement.

  • Proposed Nominee Associated Person of any Proposed Nominee shall mean (A) any Person acting in concert with such Proposed Nominee, (B) any direct or indirect beneficial owner of Shares owned of record or beneficially by such Proposed Nominee or Person acting in concert with the Proposed Nominee and (C) any Person controlling, controlled by or under common control with such Proposed Nominee or a Proposed Nominee Associated Person.
