Gas Distribution means fixed equipment, structures, plastic and metal lines and pipe, valves, fittings, appliances and related facilities used or intended for the purpose of conveying, testing, monitoring, distributing, mixing, storing, measuring and delivering Gas and making it available for use within the Municipality;
