GARC definition

GARC means a special purpose subsidiary, owned, directly or indirectly, by the Borrower, and organized for the purposes of (i) entering into one or more financings of equipment and related leases, (ii) subleasing of equipment pursuant to subleases and (iii) engaging in such other activities as are necessary, convenient or incidental thereto. Each GARC shall be formed in a manner so that in the event of a bankruptcy of the Borrower or any of its non-GARC subsidiaries, the assets and liabilities of such GARC will not be consolidated with the assets and liabilities of the Borrower or any of such subsidiaries.
GARC means the Grievance and Abuse Review Committee described in OAC 340:2-3-61.
