Garbage. Garbage means Solid Waste as defined herein.
Garbage. Garbage means Solid Waste consisting of putrescible animal and vegetable waste materials resulting from the handling, preparation, cooking, and consumption of food, including waste materials from markets, storage facilities, handling, and sale of produce and other food products. Generator — Generator shall mean any person, by site or location that produces Solid Waste, or Recyclable Materials. Gross Revenues — Gross Revenues shall mean all revenues received, directly or indirectly, by the Contractor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent, and any person in which the Contractor has a financial interest, from or in connection with this Agreement.
