Garantie definition

Garantie and not a "Burgschaft". Accordingly the obligations of the Guarantor under this Guarantee (i) are separate and independent from the obligations of the Borrower under this Agreement, (ii) exist irrespective of the legality, validity, binding effect or enforceability of the obligations of the Borrower under this Agreement, and (iii) are not affected by any event, condition or circumstance of whatever nature, whether factual or legal, save the full, definitive and irrevocable satisfaction of any and all payment obligations expressed herein to be payable by the Borrower.
