Garage Work definition

Garage Work means the Garage Work (as defined in Section 3.5 of the Work Letter), as more particularly described in Exhibit C-6 to the Work Letter and further detailed in the plans and specifications and the contracts referenced in the attached Schedules 6.2(dd) and 6.2(ee) for such work. For the avoidance of doubt, the term Garage Work” includes all the work shown or further detailed in the plans and specifications and the contracts above, even if such work exceeds what is required under the Bain Lease.

Examples of Garage Work in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, no fee shall be payable by the Company pursuant to this Section 4(s) if the Company terminates this Agreement for “Cause” (as defined below).

  • Upon OPGCO's receipt of the contract for Official Police Garage Work, STOCKHOLDER shall have the option for a period of 60 days to purchase the COMPANY's 1997 International Vulcan Wrecker for a cash purchase price of $22,500.

  • At Lender’s option, Lender shall have the right to review and approve (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed) the construction budget and schedule, all plans and specifications, all engineering and other professionals’ reports, the general construction agreement, the architect’s and/or engineer’s agreement(s) and all other material agreements relating to the design, construction and completion of the Parking Garage Work.
