Gap Policies and Procedures definition

Gap Policies and Procedures means the Gap Documentation, policies, procedures, and guidelines as set forth in Exhibit D.1 (Gap Policies and Procedures), and as such Documentation, policies, procedures, and guidelines are amended, modified, and/or replaced by Gap from time to time and made available to Supplier during the Term of this Agreement.
