GAP Mortgage. That certain GAP Mortgage, dated as of the Origination Date, made by the Borrower for the benefit of CREFI, GS Bank, BCREI and BMO H▇▇▇▇▇, securing the payment of an indebtedness in the sum of $125,000,000 and encumbering the Property.
