GAP Agreement definition

GAP Agreement means the step-in agreement entered into of even date herewith by Keppel Shipyard, Black & ▇▇▇▇▇▇, the Owner and the Lessee, in favour of the Lessee.
GAP Agreement means the addendum to the Finance Agreement that provides for GAP protection.
GAP Agreement means an agreement to indemnify a vehicle purchaser or lessee for any of the difference between the actual cash value of the insured’s vehicle in the event of an unrecovered theft or total loss and the amount owed on the vehicle pursuant to the terms of a loan, lease agreement, or installment sales contract used to purchase or lease the vehicle, or to waive the unpaid difference between money received from the purchaser’s or lessee’s motor vehicle insurer and some or all of the amount owed on the vehicle at the time of the unrecovered theft or total loss, including products or services otherwise titled “Guaranteed Automobile Protection Agreement,” “Guaranteed Asset Protection Agreement,” “GAP insurance,” or “GAP Waiver”.

  • It is understood and agreed that if cancellation of a GAP Agreement occurs according to the provisions contained in customer contract, upon timely notice to Company of such cancellation, Company agrees to refund Producer the unearned portion of the amount paid to Company by Producer less any applicable cancellation and/or administration fees and Producer agrees to refund Consumer the unearned portion of the amount paid to Producer by Consumer less any applicable cancellation and/or administration fees.

  • Termination of this Marketing Agreement, as described in paragraph 10 herein, does not relieve Producer of its obligations to refund consumers, as described herein, in the event of a cancellation of a GAP Agreement.
