Gaming Space definition

Gaming Space means that area of the Casino in which gaming activity takes place and does not include support, storage, entertainment, service and other such areas.
Gaming Space means the specific space the Location where the Gaming Devices shall be located as determined by the parties' mutual agreement.

Examples of Gaming Space in a sentence

  • Licensor hereby grants to Licensee the use of such amount of space (the "Gaming Space") as is reasonably required to set up the number of Devices currently permitted at such Licensed Location.

  • The Gaming Space shall be located as close to the entrance and checkstand of the Licensed Location as is reasonably practicable with the exact location and square footage of the Gaming Space to be determined by mutual agreement of the parties.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the size of the Gaming Space and the location of the Devices in each of the Existing Locations shall be continued in the same manner as at the time of the execution of this Agreement except as changes thereto are made from time to time by mutual agreement between Licensor and Licensee.

  • Upon agreement of the Gaming Space, Licensor will not change location of, or reduce the Gaming Space without Licensee's written consent.

  • Licensor agrees to use its best efforts to expand the size of the Gaming Space at the Existing Locations where such expansion is required in order to replace the Devices currently located in such Existing Locations with an equal number of Devices containing xxxx validators and shall use its best efforts to complete any such required expansions by April 30, 1998.

  • For purposes of illustration, the Gaming Space at a Licensed Location in which 15 xxxx validator- equipped Devices are located would not be required to contain more than 450 square feet of space.

  • Licensor agrees to use its best efforts to expand the size of the Gaming Space at the Existing Locations where such expansion is required in order to replace the Devices currently located in such Existing Locations with an equal number of Devices containing bill validators and shall use its best efforts to complete xxx such required expansions by April 30, 1998.

  • For purposes of illustration, the Gaming Space at a Licensed Location in which 15 xxxx validator-equipped Devices are located would not be required to contain more than 450 square feet of space.

  • If the LGCB approves the occupancy and use of the Second Floor (or any portion thereof) for Gaming Space, Tenant and Casino Subtenant shall be permitted to occupy and use the applicable portion of the Second Floor for Gaming Space with the approval of Landlord (not to be unreasonably withheld or Financially Conditioned).

  • Dynasty shall maintain the Gaming Space in an orderly, clean, and sanitary fashion.

Related to Gaming Space

  • Gaming device means any equipment or mechanical, electromechanical, or

  • Loading Space means an off-street space or berth on the same lot or parcel with a building or use, or contiguous to a group of buildings or uses, for the temporary parking of a vehicle while loading or unloading persons, merchandise or materials, and which space or berth abuts on a street, alley or other appropriate means of access.

  • Gaming Facility means any casino, hotel, resort, race track, off-track wagering site, venue at which gaming or wagering is conducted, and all related or ancillary property and assets.

  • Gaming Equipment means any and all gaming devices, gaming device parts inventory and other related gaming equipment and supplies used in connection with the operation of a casino, including (without limitation), slot machines, gaming tables, cards, dice, chips, tokens, player tracking systems, cashless wagering systems, electronic betting systems, mobile gaming systems and associated equipment which are located at the Casino Components, owned or leased by Operating Company or Mortgage Borrower and used or useable exclusively in the present or future operation of slot machines and live games at the Casino Component, together with all improvements and/or additions thereto.

  • School premises means either of the following:

  • Expansion Space means any space in the Building which, at any time during the Lease Term, is occupied by a Person other than Landlord under a written lease with Landlord, and the term “Tenant’s Expansion Space” means Expansion Space which Tenant has elected to lease as provided in this paragraph. Landlord agrees to notify Tenant promptly after Landlord learns that any Expansion Space is or will become available. Subject to the prior rights of other tenants to whom Landlord has granted substantially similar rights, Tenant has the option to lease any Expansion Space which Landlord notifies Tenant is or will become available. If Tenant gives Landlord notice of its exercise of this option within thirty (30) days after notification from Landlord of the availability of the Expansion Space and if no Event of Default exists when Tenant’s notice is given, this Lease will be deemed to be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space as part of the Premises for the remainder of the Lease Term upon all of the same terms contained in this Lease except that (i) the Rentable Area of the Premises will be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space; (ii) Tenant’s Share will be increased to include the rentable area of Tenant’s Expansion Space; (iii) the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space will be the earlier of sixty (60) days after the date on which Tenant’s Expansion Space becomes vacant and ready for occupancy (provided that date is at least sixty (60) days after Tenant exercises its option to lease the Expansion Space), or the date on which the Expansion Space is first occupied by Tenant; (iv) if Tenant’s Expansion Space contains a rentable area of 10,000 square feet or more, and if there are less than three (3) Lease Years remaining in the Lease Term, the Lease Term will be extended to include three (3) full years from the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space; and (v) subject to adjustment during each Fixed Rental Period as provided in Exhibit E, Basic Rent for each year of the remaining Lease Term (as it may be extended) will be the greater of (a) the Basic Rent last paid by the Person most recently occupying Tenant’s Expansion Space or (b) Market Rent determined as provided in the Rent Rider attached as Exhibit E. If Tenant exercises this option, Tenant’s Expansion Space will be leased to Tenant in its “as is” condition and Tenant will, at its expense and in compliance with the provisions of Section 7.06, design and construct all Improvements desired by Tenant for its use and occupancy. Landlord and Tenant agree to execute such amendments to this Lease and other instruments as either of them considers necessary or desirable to reflect Tenant’s exercise of this option.

  • Parking Space The County shall attempt to provide adequate free parking facilities for employees within a reasonable distance of their work locations.

  • bicycle parking space – occupant means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack or locker for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:

  • public open space means the securing of an area of a site at grade or street level which is acceptable to the City and is appropriately landscaped for the use and enjoyment of the public during reasonable hours.

  • bicycle parking space means an area used for parking or storing a bicycle;

  • car-share parking space means a parking space that is reserved and actively used for car-sharing;

  • Parking space leasing data means the following government data on an application for, or lease of, a parking space: residence address, home telephone number, beginning and ending work hours, place of employment, location of parking space, and work telephone number.

  • bicycle parking space – visitor means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:

  • stacked bicycle parking space means a horizontal bicycle parking space that is positioned above or below another bicycle parking space and equipped with a mechanical device providing floor level access to both bicycle parking spaces.

  • Office Premises means any building, facility, or portion thereof, or other premises, whether owned or controlled by CP, which is used solely for clerical or administrative purposes and which does not contain heavy equipment or machinery, as designated by CP from time to time;

  • Subleased Premises means approximately -18;961 rentable square feet on the 141h floor of the Building, as more specifically depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof. The Subleased Premises include all of the Leased Premises identified in the Prime Lease.

  • Concession Area means particulars of the area as more particularly described in Form A of West Bengal Minor Minerals (Auction) Rules, 2016.

  • Parking Spaces means spaces in or portion of the Ground Floor of the Building and also open spaces at the ground level of the said premises as expressed or intended by the Developer, at their sole discretion, for parking of motor cars/two wheelers etc.

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Casino means a casino as defined in section 1 of the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Act, 2010 (Act No. 8 of 2010);

  • Storage Space means a space where goods of non-hazardous nature are stored and includes cold storage and banking safe vaults;

  • Banking Premises means the interior of that portion of any building occupied by a banking institution or similar safe depository.

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

  • Leased space means a self−service storage unit or a space located within a self−service storage facility that a lessee is enti- tled to use for the storage of personal property on a self−service basis pursuant to a rental agreement and that is not rented or pro- vided to the lessee in conjunction with property for residential use by the lessee.

  • Grave space means a space of ground in a cemetery that is used or intended to be used for an in-ground burial.

  • Open space means undeveloped land, a naturally landscaped area, or a formal or man-made landscaped area that provides a connective link or a buffer between other resources.
