Gaming Division definition

Gaming Division means the assets and business operations currently and previously engaged in by EDC, LLLP, a former subsidiary of EDC ATM, which consists primarily of providing automated ticket provision and redemption solutions for gaming applications.

  • Buyer and its principals shall have obtained all regulatory and governmental approvals necessary to consummate the Split-Off and other transactions provided for herein, including, without limitation, the approval of the Colorado Division of Gaming (“Gaming Division”) and the issuance by the Gaming Division of all licenses and permits necessary to complete the Split-Off.

  • The Gaming Devices are being sold and conveyed to Buyer, and Buyer agrees to accept the Gaming Devices, without representation or warranty, except that the Gaming Devices shall (x) be conveyed to Buyer free and clear of any Lien, (y) be in good working order, “parts complete” and (z) be of a type and manufacture so as, once refurbished or converted (if necessary) by Buyer at Buyer’s expense, to be acceptable to the Louisiana State Police Gaming Division for use in Louisiana.

  • The term of this Agreement shall begin upon the date on which the New Mexico Alcohol and Gaming Division shall have approved the issuance to Lessee of the Licenses for use at the Licensed Premises and the Closing under the Purchase Agreement shall have occurred and shall end upon termination of this Agreement by Lessor, which Lessor may do at any time by 10 days written notice to Lessee.

  • Buyer agrees to cooperate fully with the Partnership in effectuating the plan that is approved by the Casino Gaming Division.

  • The Territory may in relation to this Agreement and the Licence act through the Minister responsible for the administration of the Act, the Chief Executive Officer of the Authority, the Director of the Gaming Division of the Authority or any other agent lawfully appointed.

  • Both the licensee (seller) and the license applicant (buyer) must provide the requested information and submit the completed Form TAA-50G to the Charitable Gaming Division of the Nebraska Department of Revenue.

  • Buyer acknowledges and agrees that to the extent the Casino Gaming Division allows, at the request of Sellers, Buyer shall redeem said chips, tokens and plaquemines and Sellers shall reimburse Buyer for said redemption not less than once per week.
