Game Time definition

Game Time means the starting time indicated on the published game schedule. For make-up or rescheduled games, "Game Time" means the starting time indicated by the Director.

Examples of Game Time in a sentence

  • During the Play-Offs all Teams are required to be fully ready for their Matches in the respective Game Lobby at least 5 minutes before the official Game Time for Game 1 of each Match.

  • For all following Games within one Match Teams are required to be fully ready at least 2 minutes before the official Game Time.

  • During the hour prior to Game Time and during a game, the Umpires will be sole judges as to whether the field is playable or not, and their decision is final.

  • During the regular season all Teams are required to be fully ready for their Matches in the respective Game Lobby at least 5 minutes before the official Game Time.

  • If: (1) a game is tied at the end of an inning; (2) the ordinary time for starting a new inning has passed; and (3) there are at least 20 minutes before Game Time Curfew, a new inning shall be commenced and the game shall continue until that inning is completed or Game Time Curfew is reached, whichever is earlier.

  • If both teams have at least 8 players present, the game must start at Game Time.

  • During the 30 minutes prior to Game Time, the same rule applies but shall require the agreement of an official representative from both teams, such as an Umpire.

  • Game Time: Game time is the scheduled division time, unless the previous game goes over the allotted time.

  • Game Time: Each U12 game will consist or four (4) eight (8) minute stop time periods.

  • Prime Time in the Emergency Department is defined as the months of June, July and August and December.

  • Rise time means the difference in time between the 10 per cent and 90 per cent response of the final reading (t90 – t10).

  • Free Time means the period specified in the terminal schedule during which cargo may occupy space assigned to it on terminal property, including off-dock facilities, free of wharf demurrage or terminal storage charges immediately prior to the loading or subsequent to the discharge of such cargo on or off the vessel.

  • Exchange Time means the time at which the right to exercise the Rights shall terminate pursuant to Section 3.1(c) hereof.

  • Up time means the time period when specified services with specified technical and service standards are available to user(s)

  • Double time means twice the straight-time rate.

  • Disclosure Time means, (i) if this Agreement is signed on a day that is not a Trading Day or after 9:00 a.m. (New York City time) and before midnight (New York City time) on any Trading Day, 9:01 a.m. (New York City time) on the Trading Day immediately following the date hereof, unless otherwise instructed as to an earlier time by the Placement Agent, and (ii) if this Agreement is signed between midnight (New York City time) and 9:00 a.m. (New York City time) on any Trading Day, no later than 9:01 a.m. (New York City time) on the date hereof, unless otherwise instructed as to an earlier time by the Placement Agent.

  • Acceptance Time has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • Release Time The following procedures shall apply for release time:

  • Scan time means the period of time between the beginning and end of x-ray transmission data accumulation for a single scan.

  • Central Clock Time or "CCT" means Central Daylight Time when Daylight Savings Time is in effect and Central Standard Time when Daylight Savings Time is not in effect.

  • Execution Time means the date and time that this Agreement is executed and delivered by the parties hereto.

  • Game ticket or "ticket" means an acceptable evidence of Play, which is a ticket produced in a manner that meets the specifications defined in the rules of each Selling Lottery and Rule 31 (Play Validation) and is a physical representation of the Play or Plays sold to the player or is a properly and validly registered ticketless transaction Play.

  • Response Time means the difference in time between the change of the component to be measured at the reference point and a system response of 90 per cent of the final reading (t90) with the sampling probe being defined as the reference point, whereby the change of the measured component is at least 60 per cent full scale (FS) and takes place in less than 0.1 second. The system response time consists of the delay time to the system and of the rise time of the system.

  • Travel Time is the time an Interpreter uses to commute to and from an Appointment. Travel time, if more than one (1) hour each way, is added to the total time of the initial Appointment request.   • Transfer Time has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(a).

  • Initial Sale Time means 4:00 p.m. (Eastern time) on the date of this Underwriting Agreement.

  • Exercise Time means 5.00 p.m. (local time in Frankfurt am Main, Germany);

  • Record Time shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Books Closure Date means the date and time to be determined by the Manager on which the register of Unitholders will be closed for the purpose of determining the entitlements of Unitholders to a Distribution;

  • Central Time means Central Time as adjusted for daylight savings time.

  • Reasonable time means: 25.1 between 8.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. on a weekday; or 25.2 between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on a Saturday; or 25.3 at any other time agreed between the lessor and each tenant.Requirement to negotiate a day and time for a proposed entry by the lessor

  • Applicable Time means, with respect to any borrowings and payments in any Alternative Currency, the local time in the place of settlement for such Alternative Currency as may be determined by the Administrative Agent or the L/C Issuer, as the case may be, to be necessary for timely settlement on the relevant date in accordance with normal banking procedures in the place of payment.

  • RFB means this Request for Bids and any addenda hereto.

  • Transformation time means the time difference between a change of concentration or flow (t0) at the reference point and a system response of 50 per cent of the final reading (t50).

  • Reference Time with respect to any setting of the then-current Benchmark means (1) if such Benchmark is USD LIBOR, 11:00 a.m. (London time) on the day that is two London banking days preceding the date of such setting, and (2) if such Benchmark is not USD LIBOR, the time determined by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion.
