Game Ticket(s) definition

Game Ticket(s) or "Ticket(s)" means an authorized slip of paper (physical ticket) produced by an authorized draw terminal or a virtual ticket produced by an authorized iLottery mobile or internet platform for a certain date acknowledging the recording of a legal transaction between the Lottery and the recipient for a certain date.
Game Ticket(s) or “Ticket(s)” means an acceptable evidence of Game Play which represents a wager accepted by the Gaming System meeting the specifications defined in these rules.
Game Ticket(s) or “Ticket(s)” means an authorized slip of paper produced for a certain date by an authorized draw terminal acknowledging the recording of a legal transaction between the Lottery and the recipient for a certain date.

Examples of Game Ticket(s) in a sentence

  • The Retailer agrees that if they fail to comply with any term of this Contract, the Lottery may temporarily stop delivery of additional Scratch Game Tickets and prohibit the use of the Retailer’s Lotto Game Terminal and pursue any other appropriate remedy to protect its interests and property.

  • The Retailer agrees that all Lotto Game Tickets issued by the Retailer’s Lotto Game Terminal are deemed to have been purchased by the Retailer unless canceled as authorized by the MSL game procedures.

  • The MSL will provide the Retailer with dispensers to be utilized to sell Scratch Game Tickets and a Lotto Game Terminal.

  • The Retailer must begin the sale of Scratch Game Tickets on the date set by the MSL for each Scratch Game and must cease selling Scratch Game Tickets for a particular Scratch Game on the date set by the MSL.

  • If any amount payable by Licensee to Club under this Agreement is not paid as and when due, such amount shall bear interest until paid at a rate equal to the lesser of (i) 1.5% per month and (ii) the maximum rate permitted by law, and Club shall have the right to withhold any or all of the benefits granted pursuant to this Agreement, including Game Tickets, during the period in which such amount remains unpaid.

  • The Retailer agrees that all Scratch Game Tickets accepted from the MSL or its distributor are deemed to have been purchased by the Retailer at the price established by the MSL less appropriate Retailer commission, unless the unsold tickets are returned to the MSL according to procedures established by the MSL.

  • The Retailer must settle packs of Scratch Game Tickets to activate billing according to procedures established by the MSL.

  • The Retailer agrees not to borrow or lend Lotto Game Ticket stock or Scratch Game Tickets to/or from another Retailer or location.

  • Notwithstanding Subsection 11.2, if Retailer sells only Traditional Lottery Game Tickets at multiple locations for which Lottery has issued a chain identification number, the EFT draw by Lottery will occur no later than the second Wednesday after the close of the Business Week to which Lottery’s invoice applies.

  • Lessee may sell to any patron any Home Game Tickets not so reserved.
