Game Tables means an indoor billiards, poker, pool, shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball, tables purchased from the Retailer and made of wood or other hard surface materials. }

  • The maximum Wager authorized for any single initial Wager on a hand of blackjack by each individual player shall be (A) five hundred one thousand dollars ($51000.00) at up to ten (10) Card Game Tables per Gaming Facility, and (8) twofive hundred and fifty dollars ($258$500.00) for all other Card Game Tables in a Gaming Facility.

  • Card Game Tables used in authorized tournament play shall be included when determining the total number of Card Game Tables in play in a Gaming Facility.

  • Similarly, nothing in this Agreement limits or prevents Shuffle Master, during the Term, from also developing, selling, distributing or marketing Other Electronic Game Tables or any other products.

  • In addition to the Card Game Tables authorized in the preceding sentence, the Tribe is authorized to operate poker on an additional five (5) Card Game Tables within each Gaming Facility that is located within forty (40} miles of a municipality with a population of more than four hundred thousand (400,000} Persons.

  • The number of Card Game Tables in play and the number of Card Game Table player positions shall not exceed the limits established in Section 3 of the Compact.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Compact, the Tribe is authorized to operate up to seventy-five (75) Card Game Tables within each Gaming Facility that is located more than forty ( 40) miles from any municipality with a population of more than four hundred thousand (400,000) Persons; and up to one hundred (100) Card Game Tables within each Gaming Facility that is located within forty (40) miles of a municipality with a population of more than four hundred thousand (400,000) Persons.

  • For Gaming Facilities not in operation at the time this Appendix becomes effective, the Tribal Gaming Office shall prepare its Surveillance Plan not later than five (5) days before the Gaming Facility Operator starts to operate Class III Gaming or Card Game Tables.

  • Brunswick warrants that its Table Tennis Game Tables and its Table Tennis Conversion Top will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase as long as the product is owned by the original Owner.

  • For Gaming Facilities not in operation at the time this Appendix becomes effective, the Gaming Facility Operator or independent surveillance operator shall submit its Surveillance Plan to the Tribal Gaming Office for approval not later than five (5) days before starting to operate Class III Gaming or Card Game Tables.
