Game Disc(s) means custom optical discs for play on Wii™ on which a Game has been stored.
Game Disc(s) means custom optical discs for play on the NINTENDO GAMECUBE system on which a Game has been stored.

  • NINTENDO may, at its own expense, manufacture reasonable quantities of the Game Discs or the Licensed Products, and make a reasonable number of copies of the Printed Materials, not to exceed fifty (50) copies, to be used for archival purposes, legal proceedings against infringers of the Intellectual Property Rights, and for other lawful purposes (but not for resale).

  • LICENSEE shall not market, distribute, or sell the Game(s) and/or Game Disc(s) in any country in the Territory in which such marketing, distribution or sale would violate any applicable laws, regulations, orders, or official codes of practice of such country.

  • NCL may, at its own expense, manufacture reasonable quantities of the Game Discs, the Printed Materials or the Licensed Products not to exceed fifty (50) copies, to be used for archival purposes, legal proceedings against infringers of the Intellectual Property Rights and for other lawful purposes, not to include sales of the copies.

  • NINTENDO may, at its own expense, manufacture reasonable quantities of the Game Discs or the Licensed Products, and make a reasonable number of copies of the Printed Materials, not to exceed **** copies, to be used for archival purposes, legal proceedings against infringers of the Intellectual Property Rights, and for other lawful purposes (but not for resale).

Related to Game Disc(s)

  • Software Update means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which provides minor fixes, improvements and modifications to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as updates will be identified A.B.x where the x designates the release as a Software Update.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Advertising Materials means all advertising, merchandising, promotional and display materials of or concerning the Licensed Products.

  • Brand name drug means a Prescription Drug that has been given a name by a manufacturer or distributor to distinguish it as produced or sold by a specific manufacturer or distributor and may be used and protected by a trademark.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).
