Game Design definition

Game Design means the visual representation of a particular Licensed Lottery to a Player including inter alia the means of identifying whether a Player has won a prize;

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Developer shall develop the Licensed Game in accordance with the Game Design Document unless otherwise consented by Fig in writing (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Developer shall develop the Licensed Game in accordance with the Game Design Document subject to the terms herein.

  • However, students are encouraged to take the capstone Game Design and Development Advanced course at the Technical Center.

  • Some courses offered include Introduction to Game Design and Development, World Mythology, Creative Writing, AP Art History, AP Human Geography, Psychology, Physics, American Sign Language, Arabic, Chinese, and Latin.

  • RED MILE shall use its best commercial efforts to deliver to STRATEGY a thorough walk-through of the game and the completed Game Design Documentation upon delivery of the Beta version of the software or within thirty (30) days of the signing of this agreement if the Beta version of the software has already been completed.

  • Under the terms of this agreement, students who complete an identified Associate's degree at their respective institutions may transfer as classified students to the University of Hawai'i West O'ahu’s Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Creative Media with a concentration in Communications and New Media Technologies, Design and Media, General Creative Media, or Video Game Design and Development.
