Game Card definition

Game Card and "Bingo Game Card" means a Regular or Special Bingo Card.
Game Card means the tangible card containing a unique code (or other unique ▇▇▇▇) corresponding to either (i) a fixed amount of Game Currency (“Game Currency Card”); or (ii) a fixed length of play time for a single Account to connect to the Game Local Servers (“Game Time Card”). As used herein, unless specified otherwise, the term “Game Card” shall be deemed to include Online Virtual Game Cards.
Game Card means any Game Card in a Scratch It Game issued to a Distributor by Pan European Gaming Ltd and sold or otherwise distributed by the Distributor in an authorised manner.

  • NOA does not permit the designation or identification of any third party co-publisher for a Game on any Licensed Product Game Card case or Game Card label, however, LICENSEE may identify a third party as a co-publisher, licensor, developer or other partner of LICENSEE in those Printed Materials (other than the Game Card label), Marketing Materials or Game credits, as authorized under the Guidelines.

  • LICENSEE must establish that the Game and any other content included on the Game Card complies with the guidelines of the Pan European Game Information System (PEGI), the Unterhaltungssoftware Selbstkontrolle (USK), the Office of Film and Literature Classification (OFLC), or any other national or regional game rating system that NINTENDO may accept, as applicable.

  • NOA may establish preferred or required supply sources for the Game Card case, or select components of the Printed Materials, which sources shall be deemed pre-approved in accordance with this Section 6.5. LICENSEE shall comply with all sourcing requirements established by NOA.

  • For purposes of clarification, LICENSEE’s name, or logo, will appear on the Licensed Product Game Card case and Game Card label as it appears in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • LICENSEE is responsible for ensuring that the Game and any other content to be included on the Game Card complies with the Advertising Code of Conduct of the Entertainment Software Ratings Board (“ESRB”) and that the Game has been rated EC, E, M or T by the ESRB.

  • A Game Card or Online Virtual Game Card shall be deemed “produced” when RGI delivers the associated security codes to the Game Card manufacturer or Licensee.

  • Electronic Game Card, Inc., et al., Case No. 10-0252 DOC (RNBx) (the 17 “▇▇▇▇▇▇ Action”) alleging violations of federal securities laws against Electronic 18 Game Card, Inc.

  • Failure to sign the Game Card before leaving the field will result in the reported score and disciplinary action (if applicable) to be considered final.

  • You agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any action with respect to this Agreement shall be in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Los Angeles, California and that You hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts for the purpose of any such action.

  • LICENSEE must establish that the Game and any other content included on the Game Card complies with the guidelines of the Pan European Game Information System (PEGI), the Unterhaltungssoftware Selbstkontrolle (USK), the Office of Film and Literature Classification (OFLC), or any other applicable national or regional game rating system that NINTENDO may accept, as applicable.


More Definitions of Game Card

Game Card means the tangible card containing a unique code (or other unique m▇▇▇) of which shall be generated by HBS, corresponding to a fixed length of play time for a single Account to connect to the Game Local Servers. Users may only access the Local Servers by using valid Game Cards generated by the Licensee. All Game Cards shall expire after their fixed length of play time has passed and in any event all Game Cards will expire upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement. Expiration of all Game Cards terminates HBS’s support obligations. Unless specified otherwise in this Agreement reference to Game Cards shall also refer to Online Virtual Game Cards.
