gambler definition
gambler means a person, who commits or abets the commission of any offence punishable under Chapter VII of the Karnataka Police Act, 1963 (Karnataka Act 4 of 1964) including an offence of gambling relatable to "matka" and punishable under the said Chapter ;
gambler means one who indulges in gambling or unauthorised practice of gambling such as illegal lotteries or speculations or the ones who connive in gambling by providing facilities / premises for such gambling;
gambler means a person who practises games of chance or skill with the expectation and purpose of winning money or property.
