GAMA ASSETS means the undertaking and all the property and assets of the Business of Gama of every kind and description wheresoever situated including, without limitation, Gama Equipment, Gama Material Contracts, Gama Accounts Receivable, Gama Cash, Gama Intangible Assets and Gama Goodwill, and all credit cards, charge cards and banking cards issued to Gama;
