  • If the Parties determine by mutual agreement that any ▇▇▇▇▇ Know-How shall necessarily be contributed to the development of the GalXC Platform, the Parties shall develop a mutually acceptable strategy for prosecution of any Patent Rights directed to such ▇▇▇▇▇ Know-How through a joint patent process via a Working Group pursuant to Section 6.3, prior to contributing such ▇▇▇▇▇ Know-How to the GalXC Platform.
